Happy Monday everyone. I was seriously praying for a snow day today. But it just didn't happen. *cue me crying while getting out of bed* Seriously though, we got a decent amount of snow yesterday afternoon-night. Spring was on Friday, right? I hope y'all are at least having some good weather. Anyways for today's look I got my most distressed jeans(I'm talking like destroyed...I should really get a new pair), a cropped pullover, a puffer vest, and some new kicks on.

Anyways for today's look I got my most distressed jeans(I'm talking like destroyed...I should really get a new pair), a cropped pullover, a puffer vest, and some new kicks on.
So there are two things I want to go more in detail/comment about. First of all, this is totally random but I don't really like puffer vests if they aren't puffy. Like the puffy/quilted flattened out version of "puffy" vests that J.Crew has. I hate strongly dislike those. If your going to wear a puffer vest go big or go home, right? And rock one that is actually puffy. (and can totally make you look like a marshmallow).
Another side note about vests. If this sounds incredibly stupid, I apologize. It's late at night and I'm rambling. But vests are actually really warm. I never really thought that vests could be used as something to keep you warm. I mean they cover like 1/3 of your upper body? I can't be the only one who thinks like that? But I have discovered that they actually do keep that 1/3 of your body really warm.... Midnight thoughts people. Midnight thoughts.
Well if your still here after reading all of that, bravo. I probably knocked a few points off of your IQ. Lastly, I Just wanted to take a minute to point out my awesomely awesome shoes. I actually got these a few months back for Christmas. I wasn't sure if I would wear them all that often, but I thought they were really cute and wanted to try them out. Well the verdict... I don't wear them that often. Butttttt that's only because I've discovered they are not that great on ice. So they haven't been the best fit for the last couple of months. But as soon as this snow is gone I'm bringing these babies back out. - Thanks for stopping by, see you tomorrow!
