Recently I've been swooning over these scalloped shorts from Topshop. They are the perfect pair of shorts, because they can easily be dressed up or down(and the scalloped detailing is THE cutest!). Usually I'm opting to wear them casually, because you know it's hot out, I just want to be comfy, and your girl here is pretty lazy. Oh, and how adorable is this lace crop top, it's less than $15.
