Happy Monday everyone! Hope you enjoyed your Fourth Of July! Now that summer is in full swing it's time to go to the beach/lake/pool. I don't know about you but whenever I go to the beach I always have a huge bag full of stuff. So today I'm going to share the essentials for a beach bag.
A beach towel is essential if you want to lay out on the beach. I found this cute one at target for $15!
A beach bag is a must have for going to the beach, lake, or pool. You need somewhere to put all of your stuff, right? I found an adorable Tory Burch straw beach tote. It has a ton of bright colors on it so it's perfect for summer! (And it's on sale!)
A water bottle is great to have in case you get too hot and need a refreshing drink. It's also great to have to keep your hydrated, because you get dehydrated extremely fast in the heat! My favorite kind of water bottles are the camelBak ones.
You will want defiantly want chapstick if you are going to lay in the sun.(preferably with spf). Because you do not want burnt lips, trust me! My favorite brand of chapstick is Burt's Bees.
A hat is a great accessory when you're out in the sun. It keeps your eyes shielded from the sun and your head from burning. I am in love with fedoras and floppy hats for the beach!
An amazing pair of sunnies is another essential. Who goes anywhere without them? Especially the beach! The pair I'm lusting over at the moment is the Rayban Wayfarer pair.
I love bringing a few magazines or a good book with me when I go to the beach. It's the perfect way to relax. Reading while laying in the sun.
Sunscreen is another absolute MUST! I'm sure we have all been burnt so bad that we have looked like tomatoes. So we can all say that being burnt is not fun!
We need shoes. Flip flops are obviously the choice for going to the beach. As you all know Tory Burch flip flops are my favorite!
Lastly we need a swim suit coverup. I found this adorable one from J.Crew. (It looks cuter on the model!)
